The combination of technology and application will give full play to the functions of the accurate prediction of system, scientific decision-making, planning, management, resource sharing etc., while the extent of combination of the Internet of things and “smart city” will be the key of industrial landing and the focus of technology for the benefits of people. Therefore, in order to better build “smart city”, he believes that Yiwu shall firstly concentrate its efforts on the Internet of things, which is the basis for the realization of intelligent service. At the same time, it shall also master the structure of "smart city", to better handle the relationship between people, software services, things.
In recent years, the Municipal Party Committee and Government attaches great importance to the construction of informatization, that in the past three years, Yiwu allocated 100 million yuan of funds for the informatization construction of all walks of life every year.
